TALENT BOOKING
Please e-mail the agency at info@fhgtalent.com with your project, and we will send you a packet of headshots, or comp cards,
for your project. Video reels and voice over demos are available on request.
Bookings - A 1/2 Day booking is 4 hours. A Full Day booking is 8 hours. Any bookings lasting more than 8 hours would need
to be agreed upon in advanced, otherwise an additional 1/2 day booking will be added for that day. All rates are negotiable.
Hourly Bookings - Minimum of three hours on all bookings. Talent must be paid for the entire amount of time
they are booked, even if they are not used for the entire contracted time. Length of time must be stated at time of booking.
Cancellations - Confirmed bookings cancelled within 24 hours will be charged full rate.
Film and Video - All bookings involving motion picture film or video recording must be negotiated in advance
with agency.
Agency Fee - 20% agency service fee will be added to all bookings, unless otherwise negotiatied.
Payment - Required within 30 days of invoice date. A 5% late charge will be added if not paid within 30 days.
We book outstanding talent for Commercials, Print, Films, Television, Industrials, Runway,
Tradeshows, and Spokesmodels.
